  • [NEW] - Text To Pay:
    • HIPAA Authentication to Protect You and Your Patients - We continue to take HIPAA seriously. When a recipient wants to view a Text to Pay request that includes an attached statement, the recipient will first need to authenticate with the listed patient’s birth date before being able to view the statement or the payment form.
    • Updated User Flow - This simplified flow will save you a bit of time with each request you create. The flow now starts at the patient list where you’ll choose the recipient. From there, go right into adding a billable amount, attaching a statement (if desired), and finalizing your Text to Pay message before sending.
    • Drag and Drop Attachments - Attach statements more easily. Drag statement files from your computer and drop them onto the Attach Statement file icon in Text to Pay. Once attached, view a text preview of the filename you attached to verify that it’s the statement you want to send.
  • [NEW] - We’ve revamped the fax preview. It now opens in a new window, and allows you to PRINT! Yes, the preview page now allows you to print or download, as well as zoom in and out (woot!). Preview Menu Preview Window
  • [NEW] - Also new in Fax…if there is an error while sending a fax, the error information is much more useful. Better Errors
  • [FIX] - Fixed the Call Source data display in Analytics > Phone Reports > Call Source
  • [FIX] - Fixed an issue that kept household notes and chats from showing edits correctly.
  • [FIX] - Fixed an issue causing send time to display incorrectly for some automated reminders
  • [FIX] - Fixes to Recall Analytics usability
  • [FIX] - Fixed contact options in Recent portion of the Phone section to be accurate/functional
